we are a family of 4, my wife,2 sons and I. We are in need of a rental home 1 bedroom is enough, We were laid off and are living with family,but the stress is too much for all 3 families.My wife is currently looking for a full time position,and i am self employed ,I provide Childcare when needed,so she can work,and Vice versa.
We could pay full rent in one month,but the first month we would need a little time .I can find a way to work out the difference in trade, for labor ,as would my wife.
We lost our previous rental due to layoff(we went through our savings) and the Landlord wanted to sell the property after a major plumbing failure . We had lived there for 2 years.
We just need a small favor,and will return it three fold.
